about

The Mike Flowers Pops was a 13 piece easy listening band led by Mike Flowers, whose avant-garde leanings and love of Frank Zappa, created a truly unique sound. One of the most inspired collaborations on Lo. The Aphex Twin mix is surprisingly true to the original and for many is the standout track but there’s stiff competition from Luke Vibert and all the others do a more than decent job. Includes mixes by Funki Porcini, The Mellowtrons, Slang and Perry de Chico plus original version.
